When you register, we collect your company name, your name, work email, and password (stored encrypted). When you add employees, we store the information you enter: names, PINs (hashed), positions, and departments. Time and attendance records are stored on your company's account.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or see your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
We use your data solely to provide and operate the Attend service: authentication, time tracking, scheduling, and reporting. We do not sell your data.
Your data remains on your account until you delete it or cancel your subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then deleted.
